All Kays customers are assigned an account manager to oversee the transition to the Kays service for day-to-day contact and operational queries.

The account managers have a deep product knowledge and fully understand all of our processes and policies. They can independently monitor all customer issues and have the authority to quickly resolve any issues. They also host regular KPI reviews of performance to make sure they are delivering value as well as meeting and exceeding any business needs.
